ABOUT US
About Precision Lawn Systems LLC
We are a licensed East Texas irrigation contractor, serving homeowners since 2017. Sprinkler systems, yard drainage, pump systems, and sod — we solve both sides of your water problem: getting water where you want it, and getting it away from where you don't. Every system we install carries a free 2-year warranty on materials — most companies in this market offer a 6-month warranty. That guarantee exists because of how the work is done: zones sized to real pressure and flow, drains trenched to grade with washed gravel and sock-wrapped pipe, pumps matched to the zones they feed. Water is one system, not four separate jobs. A sprinkler layout that ignores grade will fight a drainage problem it helped create, and a pump sized for the wrong number of zones will never hold pressure, no matter how good the heads are. Handling irrigation, drainage, pumps, and dirt work under one roof means those components are planned together rather than in isolation. We hold Texas Irrigator License LI23001; we are licensed and insured, and we are BBB A+ accredited. Owned and operated by Dathan Johnson.

TESTIMONIALS
What Our Customers Say
“Team came in to diagnose and repair multiple issues with the sprinkler system. They quickly tracked down a broken water line and multiple sprinkler heads that were in bad need of repair. Work was done very quickly and recommended improvements implemented. They spent lots of time testing and adjusting the sprinkler heads to ensure full coverage. Highly recommend them for any irrigation projects you might have.”

“Dathan and his crew are a professional team. My system needed help! They replaced a leaking sprinkler head. And replaced two sprinkler heads and raised to grade. Replaced a control valve and a rotor that was leaking and raised it up. Dathan re-programmed my control box. Thank you!!!”
Paulette Stupka Dodd
“PLS did a major project for me to remove a huge part of a lawn and replace with edging, river rocks and pavers. They did an outstanding job. Showed up when they said, left the space cleaner than when they started and stayed on budget. I will highly recommend them to everyone I know.”
